I've found a bunch of books for free - and have NOT listed the wide assortment of classics available. Sorry, didn't set this up as per Dianne's example because there are so many and I wanted to get the ball rolling.
Most of them are the first book in a series. Not all books are guaranteed to stay free for any length of time. Thorn Queen, from Dianne's list, is no longer free. The other ones she listed are still free.
If you find anymore, please list them, especially in the example Dianne gave.
If you've read any of these books, or other ones in the same series, what did you think?
Adrian, Laura - Kiss of Midnight Baker, Stephen - Manifold: Time Birmingham, John - Weapons of Choice (Axis of Time) Brooks, Terry - Magic Kingdom For Sale Child, Maureen - Baby Bonanza Daniels, B J - Crime Scene at Cardwell Ranch Fielding, Liz - The Bride's Baby Finder, Joseph - Paranoia Foster, Alan Dean - For Love of a Mother Not Goodnight, Linda - A Very Special Delivery Hart, Jillian - Homespun Bride Hauf, Michele - Kiss Me Deadly Hobb, Robin - Assassin's Apprentice Howell, Morgan - Queen of Orcs: King's Property Jackson, Brenda - Irresistible Forces Johnson, Janice Kay - Snowbound Kelly, Leslie - Slow Hands Keyes, Greg - The Briar King Kilborn, Jack - Serial Lovelace, Merline - Stranded With a Spy Miller, John Jackson - Star Wars: Lost Tribe of the Sith #1 Miller, John Jackson - Star Wars: Lost Tribe of the Sith #2 Moorcook, Michael - Elric: The Stealer of Souls Napier, Susan - Price of Passion Novik, Naomi - His Majesty's Dragon Patterson, James - The Angel Experiment (Maximum Ride Perry, Marta - Hide in Plain Sight Pratt, T A - Blood Engines Robinson, Kim Stanley - Red Mars Rolls, Elizabeth - His Lady Mistress Smith-Ready, Jeri - The Wild's Call Stevenson, Jennifer - The Brass Bed Thayne, RaeAnne - Dancing In The Moonlight Treanor, Marie - Killing Joe Turtledove, Harry - Settling Accounts Return Engagement Warren, Linda - Once a Cowboy Warren, Nancy - Speed Dating
I've read Lara Adrian's Kiss of Midnight. The first book seems an awful lot like a take off on other well known series, but this one does develop it's own feel and I like the series.
The Fever series by Karen Marie Moning starting with Darkfever is excellent. Book 4 comes out later this month.
I didn't get very far into Michele Hauf's Kiss Me Deadly. Let's just say there are too many good books I've yet to read to spend anymore time on one that wasn't doing anything for me.
Thorn Queen by Richelle Mead might no longer be free, but this series is excellent and begins with Storm Born. It's worth paying for.

Are you asking if we've read those books in general and what we thought?
If so, I read Terry Brook's Magic Kingdom series, and I absolutely loved them. I never could get into his Shannara Series, but the Landover ones were wonderful, they were what got me into fantasy back in junior high.

Yep, that's what I was asking. Thanks for your input on the book and series.

Hi Arne, Thanks for the info, but you really should identify that this is your book when advertising it. I hope you contribute to the other discussions on the board, as well.
